Digital watercolor from photo taken February 13th behind a Chinese restaurant. The golden exterior with green roof and red trim presented a dazzling brightness, particularly on a day of drizzle and clouds. Rich blue gray shadows in the old fence offer areas of vibrant contrast which is also echoed in the roof area on the upper right. The use of One-point perspective creates a unity, leading the eye to a light green area which restates highlights in the green roof on the upper left. Fun design!
